Terms of Service

One More Song lets you log live shows you attend, follow friends, and share photos, videos, and captions about those experiences.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• You may delete your account in Settings at any time

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to post your content and that it does not violate law or these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, hateful, harassing, pornographic, or violent content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, scrape, or abuse the Service or other users
• Upload malware or attempt to bypass security or rate limits
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action we believe is appropriate to protect the Service and its users.

You can report content or users and block other users in the app. Reports are reviewed by our team. For urgent safety issues, contact support@onemoresong.app.

The Service may use third-party sign-in providers (such as Apple, Google, or Meta) and infrastructure providers. Their terms and privacy policies also apply when you use those services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
